When you come to find out the plans that the Lord has for you, the enemy wants to distract you in such a way that you don't focus anymore on what the Lord wants you to focus on. The past couples of weeks I have been struggling with me myself and I. I know that great things has the Lord for my life. And the enemy has been wanting me to believe that I am useless, weak, and not worth anything. (Don't take me wrong, without Jesus I really and all of those things.) But I have Jesus, and I know that the plans that the Lord has for my life will be fulfilled at the right time!
The enemy doesn't have the power that the Lord has. And so what he tries to do is stick a bunch of disgusting lies into my heart, to make me want to give up on all that the Lord has for me. But my Lord my Savior is bigger than any lie that the enemy tries to tell me. He shows me his love and care every step of the way. The weaker I feel, the stronger he makes me in him!
If you're going through a though situation simply because you want to do God's will for your life. Don't give up! Trust in the Lord with all your heart and he will give you strength and courage just like he is giving me!
Making the right decision isn't always the easiest thing to do, so count on Jesus to guide you through.
