Patience

But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint. Isaiah 40:31 (KJV)

I don't know about you, but I've been faithfully depending on the Lord for every breath that I take. The situations that sometimes comes up in our lives are not always so easy to handle or deal with. When it comes down to us waiting upon the Lord, that means we don't do anything! And most of the time, that's even harder than actually trying to do something.

If we see someone drowning, we're automatically going to run out and help them. That's how we are, we see a bad situation and we want to fix it. But sometimes the only one who can handle the situation safely is our Lord Jesus Christ. And for him to act upon our situations, we need to step back and let him do the work.

When we wait upon the Lord, he strengthens us to continue on. There is an END to all of our battles. So no matter what you're living now, remember that it'll pass, and a new phase will come into place.

Wait patiently in the Lord always!
